How we handle your claim


What we will do

  • Once a quote is provided to Fleetsure for your damaged vehicle we will appoint an assessor.
  • Fleetsure will lodge your claim and provide you with a claim number.
  • At time of assessment, vehicles will be authorised (subject to claim) and notification is instantly provided to the insured and the repairer.

What you should do


  • Provide us with the requested information as soon as possible.
  • You should at all times keep in contact with the repairer for an up to date time frame of when repairs will be completed.
  • Send to us as soon as possible any correspondence you receive from other parties regarding the accident.
